Hello,

I’m Andrew Brown and, together with my wife and our two children, I have lived in the Murcia region for almost twenty years, seventeen of which I have sold golf real estate. Myself and my team have sold hundreds of properties resulting in us having a wealth of knowledge – not only on the wonderful Las Colinas Golf and Country Club itself – but in the surrounding area as well.

I pride myself on the level of customer service I give to each and every one of our clients; from first time buyers who are often invariably in need of a bit of hand holding throughout the process, to vendors who are looking to sell their property for the best possible price, to repeat buyers – of which there are surprisingly numerous – and with whom we also work alongside on each step of their journey, all the way through to completion.

I am passionate about Las Colinas Golf and Country Club and fully appreciate that it is a lifestyle that people are investing in, rather than merely purchasing a property on a golf resort. I offer discovery trips to those who would prefer to visit the resort in person and actually experience it for themselves first hand, or – to the increasingly popular type of investor who is quite happy to put their trust in us – a fully guided virtual tour, without the need of ever stepping foot on a plane.
